BREYTEN — A ruthless serial predator who orchestrated a multi-year campaign of terror against vulnerable women has been permanently removed from society.
The Mpumalanga Division of the High Court, sitting in Breyten, has sentenced 22-year-old Simphiwe Xolani Mkhwanazi to two life sentences and an additional 105 years of direct imprisonment.
